Gabi Blaya’s relationship with Morocco began well before the creation of the company. Born in Barcelona, he first discovered the country at a young age through close Moroccan friends. Over the years, Marrakech became a place he returned to regularly, gradually evolving from a destination into a natural point of reference.

Professionally, Gabi built his career across Europe, studying and working in Barcelona before moving to the United Kingdom. His experience in international real estate markets such as Barcelona and London shaped a disciplined approach to investment, emphasizing structure, transparency, and responsibility when managing capital.

While working abroad, Marrakech remained central to his long-term vision. The city offered strong potential, yet he observed that many investors faced challenges related to lack of clarity, inconsistent advice, and insufficient local support. This became even more evident in 2022, when he began investing personally in Marrakech and experienced first-hand the importance of reliable, on-the-ground expertise.
